When it comes jewelry and accessories, my go-to style is minimalist and dainty. However, I occasionally do get drawn to ornate and oversize pieces of jewelry. My picks for spring jewelry this year are the perfect mix of daily wearable pieces that dainty and ornate.

I’ve been wearing my hair in one of two ways. My hair is either smooth with tousled curls worn half up or with my natural hair brushed out in a full, fluffy ponytail. So, a pair large ornate hoops like these Cab Comporta hoops by GAS Bijoux.
Although these Good Fortune Chandelier earrings are super ornate, I’m loving the retro 80s vibes they’re exuding. Looks like something Claire Huxtable would wear with one power suits with shoulder pads taller than her head. However, these would also look great paired with an simple white tee and washed blue jeans. Also, the colors are so perfect for spring.
Marble anything still hot. So, these cute Oliviana Drop Earrings in white marble are on trend and can easily be worn everyday.
When it comes to necklaces, I never go too big and ornate, especially if it’s short one. So, I usually stick to thin to medium width necklaces that I can layer or have medium to large pendents. Case in point, this Chan Luu Charm Necklace. The necklace is thin with a average length, but gold drop pendent adds to weight and detail to it.
Drop style necklaces are one of my favorite styles, as of now. Lariat necklaces, like this Nico Lariat necklace by Jennifer Zeuner is not too dainty or gaudy. Pretty perfect and would lovely paired with silk tank or low cut t-shirt.
Layered and personalized (i.e. initials, birthstone) necklaces are my favorite necklace styles of choice. So, this Zodiac Layering Charm necklace set from Urban Outfitters is hitting all the right notes. Can it get even better? Why, yes, it can, because you wear them layered together or separate.
