Frye Frankie Platform Boot

I can't wait til it starts getting cold, because I'm not sure how long I can take seeing all these hot boots without the proper temperature to wear them!

These Frye Frankie Platform boots are so lust-worthy! Ahhh! So retro.

I want a pair of white, cut-out, ankle booties?!

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I have a strong dislike for white boots, no matter the style or designer stamped or sewn inside, ther is just something that bubbles inside of me when a white boot crosses my sight.

However, despite my many eye-rolls and "stinky faces" I have given to white boots, I want these white cut-out lug sole booties by Camilla Skovgaard! Why? That's one question about me right now that I can answer. I mean, seriously, they have a black rubber lug sole! That is so not me, but I want them. Why? I don't know. Any answers? If so, let me know!

Miami fashion on Kourtney & Khloe' Take Miami

I need a vacation...for the past three months! I have just been slapped silly with stress and mini-meltdowns. So, my BF and I have decided to spend Christmas vacay in Miami! Yay for good boyfriends. Now,that the reservations and payments have been made, its time to a little research and shopping what garb to pack to fit in Miami.

I must admit that Miami destination was concocted while I was watching the season premiere of Kourtney & Khloe's season premiere for the umpteenth time the other day. I knew I wanted to go some place that won't make me look weird for wearing neon pink nail polish in December. LOL!

So, since the Kardashian sisters helped my vacation destination, why look at how they transistioned their style to fit Miami! based on the show, I might need to make sure that I have plenty of loose fabrics, bright colors, and bold prints. However, sorry chicas, I can't do animal print clothing. I am one those people who feel that you like the animal if you wear it all over.

The sad part is, I still don't know what all to pack. I guess I have to keep watching for ideas and study clips from the show over on YouTube!

I miss Ked-ding Around!

When I was in junior high (circa mid 1990s), I marked the beginning of spring/summer with a brand new pair of icey white canvas Keds. They were so comfy and cute. I would wear them with layers of slouch socks (who remembers that trend?!) or no socks at all! It didn't matter, I loved them!

However, I eventually lost connection with them and drifted off into rocking other all white shoes such as Reebok in high school and Air Forces around the graduation time at the U of Memphis and now I'm relying on white Chuck Taylors and TOMS to serve my all white casual/sneaker purposes.

Recently, I have noticed more and more places showcasing Keds and I have fallen in love with them all over again and plan on grabbing a pair this weekend! Although, Keds are available in a multitude of colors and patterns, the all white canvas ones will always hold a special corner of my shoe closet heart.

Student I.D. + Juicy Couture Discount= Sour Samida!

When I graduated from college over 5 years ago, I left with so many valuable things, such as knowledge, experience, and a diploma to prove it! However, one thing that I left with that made me and my wallet a little bit happier while on the job search was my student I.D! Although it had one of the worst photos of me to ever exist, (University of Memphis made us wait all the way until the end of orientation on a hot August day to take our photos and you already know that heat and exhaustion doesn't equate cute photos! How dare they?!) ,it brought so many good student discounts towards my way from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Pier 1, and even my fav Chinese resturaunt near campus, even after graduation!

As always, good things don't last forever, and my card and I separated one day and we haven't seen each other since. I miss her and I miss her even more right now, because Juicy Couture is giving college students a much-needed break during the school shopping season with their Smart A** Juicy Girl Promo when you have your student I.D!

Fall for these blue suede shoes!

I am so over summer! I'm sick of the heat that causes me to get the most out of my Smashbox primer everyday . I'm sick of the new bugs that have been popping up in my apartment despite the strength of my bug spray! Hmm, I feel that I have had the rant recently.

Anyway, fall is coming, but that doesn't mean that the heat will leave with its arrival. The beginning of fall means that I have to go through my closet and sipher what is fall appropriate, but still wearable for the super hot days of August and September. One item that I wish I had in my closet would help eliminate the shoe section - YSL Fatale Sandals!

Seriously, these scumptious suede shoes are perfect for the late summer/ early fall. They are the definitition of a transition shoe! Plus, its hard to find a fab navy shoes now a days that doesn't look like you rambled through your grannies closet or dug them out of your "Job Interview" wardrobe. Don't act like I'm the one with one of those. Either way, I am lusting these YSLs, but can't afford dropping almost a grand on a pair. Hopefully, like with the YSL Tribute pumps, there will be a boatload of knockoffs and replicas hitting the most affordable of shoe stores! *fingers crossed*

Bath & Bodyworks "Find Your Signature Scent"

I am such a fan of scents, beit perfumes, air freshners, or just the natural aroma of the local botanical garden. I'm a sucker for scents, which explains my constant visit to the Bath & Body Workseverytime I set foot in the mall. I always have to grab a couple of Slatkin & Co. candles in fresh linen and fresh lemon (I love them long time!) and head to the counter to grab the soon-to-be newest scent that they debut first in a travel size, which is P.S I Love You, that they so nicely priced at a $1. Either way, I heart B&BW!

They have so many scents that I love, but its just too much to digest and assess to see which scent should be my signature scent. In college it was Sweet Pea, but now I'm in the dark and don't know where to start to get my sig!

Actually, I do know where to start to find my signature Bath & Body Works signature scent...with their new widget. All you do is click a couple of buttons and drag some cute little icons in an virtual bottle that represent you and your moods and tah-dah, they give you some scent recommendations based on your loves!

My work/daytime scent is Irresistable Apple, which I agree! My romantic evening was Sensous Amber and I haven't found out all my results, yet, but I will! You should to! So, go find your Bath & Body Works signature scent here!

Rebecca Minkoff's Minkette Pouches

As many of you should already know, I am a hardcore Rebecca Minkoff fan! Hard.Core. Currently, I only own two Rebecca Minkoff pieces. I own the neon pink Rendevous clutch that I tend to cradle like a new born baby when I carry it out in public, because I love it so much! Also, I have a Nikki hobo in black, which is a definite must-have from Rebecca Minkoff!

This morning as I was browsing around Rebecca Minkoff's new designed website, I found myself lusting after these adorable little pouches and their equally adorable name, Minkettes, and the fab little sayings that's written on each one.

Personally, I keep a little satin cream and black pouch in my purse to hold my change and I love it! However, I think the Double Tall minkette might have given it a little competition for my heart!

You can purchase Rebecca Minkoff pouches at Shopbop.com or her re-vamped site at RebeccaMinkoffStore.com

Safety Pin Studs

Since Twitter is acting like a bitch and Facebook apps not far behind, I needed to find something to calm me down before I chunk my phone out my office window and jam my 34 oz. plastic thermo-serv cup from Mapco into my work monitor!

Well, thank goodness for Urban Outfitters, because they just saved me money for having to buy a new phone and time for trying to come up with an excuse to explain to my boss why my adult sippy jug is in my monitor!

Aren't these safety pin studs uber fab! They are brass 1 inch pieces of everyday-worthy jewelry and can only be scooped up at UrbanOutfitters.com!

Yeah, seeing these have really calmed me down, but now I have to get back to fighting bitches via Facebook's Sorority Life.

Industry's Dove Leather Sandals

Summer isn't one of my favorite seasons, mainly, because I hate to sweat.  No matter how cute or fabulous I may look, I hate sweat. Also, the annual introductions of new bugs into my life and I hate bugs. I squashed some bug yesterday that looked like a hybrid of a waterbug and slug. My lists of summer dislikes can go on and on will feature loud kids playing outside my windows on there numerous times. However, there is one thing that I hate to pack up at the end of warm weather seasons like summer...SANDALS!

Oh, I just crave sandals! High or low! Strappy or plain! Colorful or neutral! I just love sandals and these Dove sandals by Industry just makes me..for a moment...hate to see that the warm weather will be ending a month or so and sandals will have to be packed away for a few months.

However, summer isn'y over yet and these babies were just ordered by your truly and are on there way to me! :)

Swooning For... Hudson bag

I LOVE kelly green bags! Kelly green is that one splash of color that goes all year round. Hot pink seems to only work in the spring and summer and red can go all year, but I don't really feel it in the spring. However, kelly green can go perfect with the pastel colors of spring and the warm and dark colors of fall and winter.

Also, you should already know by now that this girl can't survive without a big bag tackling her shoulder! Chiropractors can kick rocks when they tell me that a large back is bad for my back. So what? It looks fabulous and it holds all the junk, I mean tools that keep the S.S Samida on course throughout the day!

So, when I see a big bag in my favorite go-to color of kelly green, I can't help but to close all the other browser windows and chatter going around me and focus on it! This Hudson bag by Madison Kelly NYC is this big marvelous bag that has a chain strap and big gold studs that put me in a 10 minute trance of drool-inducing gazing! So, fucking fabulous!

Also, check out the other bags from Madison Kelly NYC, because they all seem to be working some kind of voodoo on me and potentially my wallet.
