Well, I have been on the "water wagon" for a couple of weeks now. This morning after I applied my makeup, I noticed that skin looks so much better.

Before my water addiction, my skin looked awful, even with makeup. After I appplied my make-up it use to look so dry no matter how much moisturizer and primer I used. Now my face is smooth and really moisturized, sin y con makeup! My makeup looks flawless and I am so happy! It also has paid of in another way: My Hair!

Lately, seeing pictures of Beyonce and the lovely Lauren London (take note that see was at an amusement park, so she was not in her usual "Fab Mode"!) have made me crave for straight hair again. So, yesterday afternoon I decided to plug in the good old ceramic flat iron and went to "Straight Hairville"! I pin curled my hair last night and now I have healthy, soft, big bouncy curls in my hair! I definitely attribute this to not only my no-heat regimen I have been following for well over a month, but also the increase of water in my diet.

My hair is stronger and my skin is soft and smooth, but most importantly, they are both healthier than ever before. I am SO sticking to this "drinking nothing but water" plan for awhile, especially if my hair and skin continue to look this good and fab! Its not too late to jump on the "water wagon", there is defintely room for more!
