I am a fiend to the sweet feel of ice cold sugared up liquid and that is about to change.

 Since summer weather has hit, I have been drinking more water, but not enough. Tonight, while going through my nightly face washing ritual I noticed that my skin sucks. Even with all the skin products and protection. I realized that everything starts from within and that most definitly includes your appearance.

Therefore, I have decided to drink nothing but water. No more sodas; diet or regular sugared up soda! I did this a few years ago when I was still living for my monthly ProActiv delivery. I can't remember how I fell off the water wagon, but I definitely have to climb back on and steer the hell out of it.

 Tonight, as I was cleaning my face with astringent, I noticed so much crap on my the cotton ball. This was after I washed my face with an exfoliating soap, Nuetrogena Anti-Acne wash, and Clean and Clear blackhead remover. You can't tell looking at me, but if you look really close at my make-up free face, then you will see my delimma.

Tommorrow will be my first full day of only water to cure my thirst. Who knows, I might even loose a little weight like I did last time! If all goes well, I might treat myself in a couple of weeks with a little taste of that oh so wonderful green ice tea!

Now I am off to the kitchen to refill my glass with ice and water and call it a night, because since it is the first week of May and I am in Memphis; its raining. Every year; same time, same thing. RAIN!
