I know that toner seems like a waste of time to some people, but my skin would bump up like a red rocky road without it. I ran out a couple of weeks ago and literally had to go a couple of days without it and it showed. I asked my mom to buy and bring me some, without actually giving her a name.

She brought me this: Olay Refreshing Toner. I hated it almost immediately when I wiped a cotton ball full of it across by freshly washed face. It does nothing for me. I got waaayyyy better results from the Wal-Mart version of Clean and Clear. The only thing that this Olay toner offered me was a nice smell and no evidence of actually removing the dirt and make-up that washing alone couldn't achieve.

I understand its suppose to "gently" tone skin, but give me a break! I probably would have done better using plain witch hazel. I give this a D-. It would have been a F, but I do like the smell.
