These Crystal Plummage Hairclips are very bold and different. Also, they are perfect for all those 30s Flapper girl costumes I saw this past Halloween. I am not sure how these would work in everyday instances, but they are perfect for the latest edition of Yay orf Nay! So....Yay or Nay?
