So, this series is long overdue, because I should’ve been doing this regularly. \I occasionally share beauty products I’m wanting for a new season or in LHLs, but not in a dedicated series. *clears throat* Well, that ends today, but this is the first official post for BEAUTY WANTS! This is where I will share some of the beauty products I’m currently wanting, which will only happen a few times a year.
Now, to see what beauty products I’m wanting and that are resting in my online shopping carts, keep reading.
Personally, I haven’t tried many beauty products from Dior with the exception if the mascaras and few lip products. However, I’m curious to try the BACKSTAGE Face and Body primer. Why would you need a primer for your face AND body? Well, it’s good if you want to add some highlighter to your decollete or legs. However, I would still mainly use this is on my face. This primer is supposed to help blur and plump the skin while provide mattifying and hydration for 24 hours. This is the type of magic I need to see in person.
I love when a new beauty brand that comes out that has great reviews AND inexpensive. One of the latest brands that falls under this category is INKEY list, which can be found at Sephora. Personally, I like to gently introduce my skin to new brands with a small product. The first INKEY list product that I have my eye on is the Caffeine Eye Cream. Recently, I’ve come to the conclusion that most eye creams are only good for hydrating the under eye. So, I don’t believe in spending an insane amount of money on under eye creams and this one is only $10.
If I could only choose one product on this list to buy, it would definitely be Farmacy Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum. The reviews on this serum are insanely good and it’s definitely high on my list. Actually, I might treat myself to this book on my next payday, if I’m going to be honest.
One treatment that I think too many ignore to give their hair is good scalp detox. Once I started to detox my scalp at least once a month, my hair started growing like crazy. Of course, life got a little hectic and fell off, but I’m ready to start detoxing my scalp again. I’ve been meaning to try this scalp detox by Grow Gorgeous, because it’s supposed to be intense and invigorating. I love when a beauty product describes itself as “invigorating”.
I recently ran out of my go-to cleansing oil, which is the first step in my nightly cleansing routine. Although I use a cleansing oil, sometimes I use a cleansing balm. While taking a peak on Drunk Elephant’s website, I stumbled across the Slaai Makeup-Melting Butter Cleanser. I’ve yet to meet a cleansing balm I didn’t love and the different oils in this makes me think that I will love this one, too.
