When I was contacted to review this book, I was a little hesitant. I love books and I’ve bought more than handful the past couple of months and the last thing I needed was another book to add to the stack forming nicely on the floor in my living room.

However, after reading that the book was geared more toward D.I.Y and gives homemade and organic tips and tricks on to make your own products for everyday problems I was all in!

The book features everything from recipes for handfuls of skin care products to informative information such as how to grout a tub, but all the info is giving in a fun and stylish way. If you are single girl living on her own, like moi, this book is probably something you might want to add to your life.

This weekend, my future sister-in-law and I plan to pick a couple of the recipes and D.I.Y projects to do this weekend. I think we are leaning toward making a couple of the organic skin toners and the closet deodorizers. Wish us luck.
