One of the hardest things to find is a pair of fly red booties. The ones I tend to find are super simple and clean line or they have a ridiculously high heel/platform that look super slutty/hooker-ish.
Well, I spotted these red Whiskey A Go Go booties by Velvet Angels and I instantly started fawning. I know some of you might be turning your nose the faux croc red skin, but I love it paired with the stacked wood heel and platform. I guess you can say it softens the blow!
Although, I’m already imagining the dream scenarios the red boots are going to star in my dream, I’m also loving the black and natural, also! Especially the natural, because I feel you can never have too many natural shoes!
Starting this month, designer Tory Burch debuts her first sunglasses collection. The collection will possess a vintage feel with a modern twist. The collection is currently available at Tory Burch boutiques and online.
I’m a very sensitive person. I cry at any and all ASPCA commercials. You know the ones with the Sarah McClaulin tear you up, too! However, there are times I tear up at a situation that the average person would equate me as being weird. One of these instances is when I see something so fabulous, that my eyes begin to water at the thought that something so incredible exists and is affordable enough for me to get my pre-manicure paws on. Case in point, this Gold Bar Clutch by Matt Bernson.
Isn’t “she” fab?! Matt Bernson, the man behind my favorite black gladiators this summer, recently introduced his Gold Bar Clutch and I am so thrilled. The clutch striking resembles the main staple of luxe and status; solid gold bar! The clutch is made of gold leather and lined with red satin. To help add to the bag uncanny resemblance, the top of the “bar” is stamped with Matt Bernson. Cherry on top? It’s only $156!
Since I plan to accessorize with gold accessories this holiday party season, I need this ASAP! However, it would work all year long. Plus, I love anything fashion related that can double as a conversation piece and this clutch definitely fits!
There is nothing like a little vintage find to lift my spirits. if you feel the same way, then you definitely need to add CovetShop.com to your shopping bookmark links. (You should have a bookmark folder dedicated to fashion and shopping, BTW!)
Covet Shops has beautiful baubbles from Louis to LaCroix. From Chanel to Cartier. Dresses to shoes. Accessories to outwear. And everything in between. I just spent some of my 9-5 hours (shh!) browsing around CovetShop.com and I’m seriously contemplating grabbing this white Foley + Corinna City Tote. I wanted that bag so hardcore a year ago and that feeling rose to the top again when I stumbled across it. Plus, its only $170! Oh, how I want it!
If you love through a little vintage in your closets as much as I do or you have a vintage loving vixen on your Christmas shopping list, then you definitely need to head over to CovetShop.com
I am really into boots this season! Tall, short, flat, or heeled. I need as many boots as my closet has room for.
Well, Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes just released her second collection with Urban Outfitters, which includes these tall wedge lace boots that are really spectacular to me.
I love the old romantic feel to them as well as the contrasting of the two colors. I’m yearning for these boots!
By the by, if you haven’t stopped by Jane’s uber fashion editorial-esque pictures filled site, Sea of Shoes, then you definitely are not in the loop! Plus, she was on last night’s episode of The City and featured in the upcoming issue of Elle.
