ShopBop Big Sale Wishlist Fall 2016

shopbop big annual sale

Every morning, when I get to work, I do the same three things: get a cup a coffee, check my work email, and pop on over to ShopBop.com and see what new things that added. ShopBop is one of those amazing online stores that add new inventory every week day. So, today when I popped over there, I noticed that today is the first day of the ShopBop Big Sale and I do mean BIG. Actually, this is first sale of the season where I start on my Christmas shopping. Although this sale is the kick off for my holiday shopping, there are few things that I wouldn’t mind scoring in this sale…for myself.

I have a little stash of cash and ShopBop giftcards to grab myself a thing or 5. So, I thought I would share what things that I’ve been stalking on ShopBop.com. Note that ShopBop lets you make your own wishlist on their site and these are items from my personal ShopBop wishlist.

LINK-END ROUND-UP: October 7, 2016

link-end round-up october 7, 2016

Hey! Welcome to this week’s Link-End Round-Up, which I just realized is the first one of October. Did you know that Christmas is less than 80 days away? Say what?! That’s less than 3 months away. As fast as the past few months have gone by, it’s probably going to roll up on us any minute now. Either way, I’m ready!

Yesterday I woke up to my head dripping non-stop. Allergies suck! On my way to work yesterday, I had to swing by Walgreens and pick up some Claritin. My eyes were watering so bad that I couldn’t take it anymore. In hindsight, one of the best things I bought all week. Actually, it’s one of the only non-food or gas thing I bought this week, because I have been very frugal. Trying to make more and save more money. It’s starting to become a lifestyle. One of my biggest accomplishments over the past few weeks is taking only 2 trips to Target and both trips I spent less than $50. One of those trips, I only spent only about 7 bucks! In the past, it’s been hard for me to spend less than $100 at Target. So, this was big milestone thanks to all my personal smart shopping hacks, especially when it comes to Target. I’ll share those in an upcoming newsletter. I gotchu!

I hope ya’ll had a great weekend and have a lovely weekend. Hopefully, my allergies won’t keep me locked in all weekend and I can go enjoy some of this awesome fall weather we’ve been experiencing. See you next week and enjoy this week’s Link-End Round-Up!

LUST-HAVE LIST: October 2016

lust-have list october 2016

What?! It’s already time for my Lust-Have List for October? It’s already October, but I’m still looking for August and September, because I don’t recall much of either month. Seriously, I have no clue what happened during those months other than both my brother and boyfriend had a birthday in August and my birthday last weeek. Maybe it’s because I’ve been spending so much time working, reading, and honing my friendships that I don’t remember much of my everyday norms. I’m not complaining, because I’ve been mentally and emotionally soaring. Dare I say beaming? No, a little too soon for that, but I’m soaring and I plan to keep soaring through October, as well.

October is a weird month for me, because it tends to be very chill and relaxing before the upcoming holiday season. The calm before the storm. I’m usually pumpped for the holiday season, because…you know….shopping heavily discounted sales is my thing. However, I’m in this real money-saving mode. I’m starting hate spending money on things that aren’t needed and even some things that are needed, like food and gas. Great time to start this new mentality, huh? Anyway, I can’t wait to see how this goes. *deep sigh*

Well, that’s it for now, because I just worked myself into a mini anxiety attack. Let me go pour myself another cup of coffee to soothe me this Monday morning. Please take a look at the few things that are on my radar in this month’s Lust-Have List!

LINK-END ROUND-UP: September 30, 2016

link-end round-up september 30, 2016

Wow, can you believe that this is the last day of September?! This month passed by super fast, not to mention that I can’t remember much about August, too. Well, I did find the time to get this week’s Link-End Round-Up together, which I’m very proud of considering my mind has been all over the place.

I don’t know if it was the culmination of me reaching another year combined with me binge reading content on securing your dreams and future, but I finally got the motivation I needed to end this year on high note. I had to trick my mind into thinking that my back is against the wall and I have to come out swinging at any obstacle in the way. Crazy thing about it, the main thing I had to swing at was a mirror, because I was the one holding myself back. I had to realize that I’ve been afraid for far too long and that’s going to lead no where except to a field of dreams and regrets, which neither of them can pay your bills. Okay!!

Oh, I don’t know if you noticed, but I have blogged everyday (excluding weekends, of course) for the past 2 weeks! I’ve been really enjoying creating and sharing content with you all. I’ve been wanting to be more consistent with creating and I finally figured out how, which I will share in my next newsletter. Speaking of the newsletter, check out the newsletter sign-up banner in the sidebar. I love it, because it will hopefully make it easier and a little more enticing for others to sign-up. If you haven’t signed-up, I suggest you do, because I’m preparing some giveaways for the upcoming holiday season, which will require you to sign-up. So, go ahead and get that out of the way. 🙂

Let me wrap this up, because I’m up super early getting some things done before work and I still have more things to do. They are exciting things to do, which I will hopefully be able to share before the year is out. In the meantime, check out some of the interesting things I read online this week and see ya’ next week!

LINK-END ROUND-UP: September 23, 2016

link-end round-up 9-23-2016

It’s the first Friday of fall and the first Link-End Round-Up for Fall 2016. Can you tell that I love the first day of things? Well, I do! Actually, I’m more happy for it finally being Friday. This week was very emotionally overwhelming. The main reason is because I finally came to terms with a lot of things that make me happy and productive due to me working on my discipline. So, in the process, I had to learn to stop doing some things that were holding me back while learning to embrace things that I needed to nurture more. It might sound a little confusing to explain, but in the end, I feel so rejuvenated and enlightened. It’s definitely been a process, but I have already felt and seen the positive effects it has made in my life for the better.

In other pressing news, the season of some of my favorite shows has returned and I finally had my first Soy Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season and it was great! However, I’m still in hot tea mode, because I still feel a cold trying to get into my life and I’m not having that with my birthday just a few days away.

So, my birthday is on Monday and I will be happily turning 35 years old. Some people dread getting older, but not me. I embrace it and enjoy it. Actually, I’m going to share more about my feelings about my birthday on Monday’s post. So, be sure to check back in on Monday to celebrate with me!

See you Monday and enjoy this week’s edition of Link-End Round-Up.
