You might recall me mentioning that I recently experienced and unexplained breakout. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been introducing my skin to a few new products with new ingredients. So, in order for me to narrow down the cause, I had to stop using everything. When I experience a bad a breakout, I streamline my skincare regimen to basic products, especially cleanser. Hence, the need for a gentle cleanser lead me to a product I hadn’t used since college; Neutrogena Facial Bar.

REVISITING: Carol’s Daughter Hair Milk

Since I got my ends trimmed and hair dyed to my natural dark brown a couple of months ago, I have been embracing and wearing my natural curls more. This also caused me to look into trying more products for curly hair, which lead me to stumble back into some of the products I used when I first went natural many years. One of the first products I tried that made me love my natural curls was Carol’s Daughter’s Hair Milk. Since I haven’t used it in years, I decided that I would revisit it while I’m all in love with my curls again.

REVISITING: Coty Airspun Powder

I recently recollected on all the make-up and beauty products I’ve bought and used over my beauty blogging career (10+ years) and realized that I’ve probably used hundreds of different products, but feel like I can only recall a few. Sad, I know. However, what stirred up this pondering of my past was the recent resurgence in the beauty world of Coty’s Airspun Powder a.k. the face powder we’ve all seen in the drugstores, but never bought.
