EMPTIES: December 2022
Welp, I didn’t use up many items in December and they were mostly deluxe sample and travel sizes. However, I do think that they are worth sharing. So, keep reading to see my final take on the products that I used up last month.
Back in November, I used up the sample of Tatcha moisturizer, which I loved. Last month, I used up the cleanser that came with the moisturizer. Just like the moisturizer, the Tatcha Rice Wash cleanser was quite lovely. This cleanser is very gentle and exfoliating, which makes it great for all skin types. Since I only had a deluxe sample, I only used this in the morning to help prep my skin. This is great gentle cleanser that everyone should consider trying. Eventually, I will buy the full size.
Next up is another free birthday gift, except from Ulta. They gave me a deluxe Drybar Prep Rally detangler spray. This was my first time trying anything by Drybar, because I never thought they had many products for my thick, curly hair. However, since this a detangling product, I thought this was good stepping stone. Not only is this product a detangler, but it also acts as a heat pretectant. This prodcut was very lightweight and made my hair feel soft – before and after applying heat. So, I would definitely buy this in the future.
Finally, I used up the Revlon Photoready Candid concealer in Light Medium to use on my undereyes. This concealer was actually pretty good to be a drugstore concealer. It was moisturizing and full-coverage, which I think is due to it containing antioxidants. I am definitely going to buy this again the next time I’m in a rush for a new undereye concealer. Actually, I recently bought the foundation from this line, because it was on clearance. I’m loving it.
