It’s been a minute since I’ve shared what products that I’ve used up, but I’m back with a new round-up empties of products I’ve used up recently.

To get a detail explanation and my final review of all the products I used this month, keep reading.

Recently, I noticed that I’ve acquired quite the collection of face washes, but they all serve a purpose. Plus, I love, need, and use them all. So, I’m a little sad when I have to say bye to one, especially the Mario Badescu Keratoplast Cream Soap. I loved this cleanser, because it was gentle, yet powerful. The Keratoplast cleanser contains BHA, which is mild exfoliant and good for most skin types, including sensitive skin. This was my go-to morning cleanser for months and will definitely buy it again.

The next cleanser I used up was the Kamedis Acne Face wash, which I used in my acne skincare routine. However, this winter, I dealt with some really bad spells of breakouts, especially hormonal ones. So, this face wash was definitely a clutch member of my skincare squad. It not only helped clear up my acne, but also prevent it. Another product that helped and I recently used up in the Kamedis acne moisturizer from the same system. I would use this moisturizer day and night, but topped it with a face oil for extra hydration.

I guess I was really battling acne these past couple of months, because I also used up the toner in my acne routine. Everyone needs a simple and gentle toner and Buff City Soap’s Gentle Facial Toner is just that to me. What makes this toner so gentle is that it’s a mixture of rose water, witch hazel, and aloe vera liquid. Buff City Soap is a local Memphis retailer, but ships everywhere. They have some really great, all natural products, and their retail space is so lovely.

In the winter, it’s usually for me and most people to experience dry skin in the colder months. However, this winter, I was mad ashy! Not to mention, it was starting to aggravate my skin. So, I decided to try a lotion designed for eczema, which skin condition of extremely dry, flaky skin. Therefore, it made sense and Gold Bond’s eczema relief lotion instantly helped with my dry skin and it was very soothing.

One skincare product that I’ve been obsessed with it Vitamin C, which lead me down a rabbit hole of vitamin C reviews. I read great reviews about the Mad Hippie Vitamin C serum. What made me really decide to give it a try is that this serum also has hyaluronic acid, which is the item skincare ingredient of the moment. It also includes some other ingredients your skin loves, including vitamin E. Although, I did like this vitamin C better than some others I’ve tried, it didn’t give me the results I wanted. So, I’m not sure if I will buy this serum again, but I want to try some more products from Mad Hippie.

Years ago, my favorite under eye cream was Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream, because it helped to de-puff and brighten my under eye area. However, I feel like I’ve outgrown this as an under eye cream, but it did help brighten the under eye area. I did learn to use it over my under eye concealer to help make the area look a little more brighter. Yet, I think it’s time for me to look for a new eye cream that’s good at hydrating.

Before my hair stylist and I decided to go darker, I was trying to be good about deep conditioning. One of my favorite deep conditioners is Silicon Mix, which I used if I was going to straighten my hair. Plus, it was very fragrant, which could be overwhelming to some, but I love it. Actually, I need to go buy another jar, because I loved the way it makes my hair look and smell.
