Growing up, I always had oily, acne-prone skin. However, the older I’ve gotten, the less oily my skin has gotten. Although I still get the occasional hormonal breakout, it’s nothing compared to yesteryears. Now, my skin is starting to get drier and drier each season. I’m sure I can attribute this to the fact that my skin is aging. So much so, that I’m always looking for anti-aging products to add to my routine. One product that I’m looking to add are some hydrating cleansers.
All of my cleansers are either for normal or oily skin, which is why my skin has been feeling dry. So, I’m on the hunt for a new cleanser that hydrates my skin, but also good for aging and/or dull skin. Keep reading to see the ones I’m leaning towards.
My current go-to makeup remover is Clinique’s Take Off The Day balm. So, I’m very inclined to try the Take Off The Day cleansing milk, because it’s formulated for drier skin. This is more of a makeup remover than cleanser, but I have to try this one.
Murad makes amazing skincare products and their products helped brighten up my face immensely last year. This Murad Renewing Cleansing Cream appears to hit all my needs, because it’s hydrating and exfoliates. This cleanser is also formulated to renew dull, dry skin, as well. Intrigued, indeed.
Usually, I try to have a natural and/or organic option when my skin is being all sensitive and stuff. So, this Age Prevention Superfood Cleanser is great option for dry and aging skin. This cleanser is packed with ingredients to help skin that is dry, in need of firmness, and pores. Actually, this is aimed at every skin concern I have. Hmm.
One of my Twitter friends recommended this Ceravue hydrating cleanser one night after I threw a legit digital fit that my skin was all dull and dry. This was probably while my least favorite “auntie” was in town, but my emotions were real and raw. I haven’t tried many, if any, products from Ceravue. However, I know that they make great products for moisturizing skin. So, this might be the first one I try.
