ITEM OF THE WEEK | Cream of nature Coconut Milk Treatment Oil

My current hair journey of going lighter lead me to this week Item of the Week, which is Cream of Nature Coconut Milk Treatment oil. After wearing my hair primarily straight for the last month, I decide to try going heatless until my next hair appointment. Mainly, because my next appointment I was bee going drastically lighter. So, I decided to “baby” my hair and avoid heat, regularly deep condition it, and keep hydrated. Unfortunately, when I wear my hair curly, it can be hard to keep in the moisture. The top way to keep moisture in my hair is to seal it with an oil and here we are.

Cream of Nature always hold a special place in my heart and in the heart of many of women of color. So, when I saw this Coconut Milk oil treatment, I felt confident in giving it whirl. I reach for this oil for multiple reasons. I practically use everyday to protect and moisturize my ends from the dry heat. When it’s “wash day”, I use this to as a hot oil treatment once a week, a massage some through freshly washed hair, and to help seal my hair after styling.

When I apply it to wet hair, after it dries, my hair feels noticeably softer and smooth. Before bed, I massage a small on my ends and then braid it up or put in low pressure bun. In the morning, my hair is softer and shinier. I know some oils can make you hair feel heavier and look greasy, but I haven’t experience either of those. Actually, this oil tends to absorb quickly into my hair. However, you only need a drop or 2, unless heavy, slick hair is your thing.

Have you tried Cream of Nature’s Coconut Milk Treatment Oil? If not, are you interested in trying it now?
