ITEM OF THE WEEK is a weekly series on Stained Couture that highlights a product I’m currently loving. This week: Brevena Moisturizers.

Over the past few months, I’ve tried different moisturizers to help combat dry skin while keeping my skin smooth and hydrated. However, I’ve used Brevena Daily Hydration Moisturizer and Restore & Hydrate Cream more than the others. Keep reading to read why these have been my go-to and this week’s Item of the Week.

I was sent this Brevena moisturizers to review, which I had never heard of before. However, after doing some research, I was missing out, because the reviews were impressive. So, I felt assured that my skin my benefit from these moisturizers.

The first product I tried was Brevena Daily Hydration Moisturizer. Brevena’s Daily Moisturizer is very lightweight and easily absorbs into the skin. Once completely absorbed, my skin looked dewy and felt soft. The only thing I wish is that this moisturizer contained a SPF, but that’s not a deal breaker.

Although I loved the daily moisturizer, I live for the Restore & Hydrate Overnight Cream. Girl, it’s so good! It’s perfectly rich; not too heavy nor too light. Like the daytime moisturizer, the overnight cream absorbs well into my skin.

Since I’m no longer a stickler to using the same products in my routines everyday, I use different products based on what I think my skin needs. However, I have been using these two moisturizers more consistently than any others. They’re totally worth it, IMO!
