Kitten Heels Are Back, but Why?

I like trends, because they’re fun and easy to get into. Also fast fashion stores create cheap options at an alarming rate now a days. However, one trend that I’m having the hardest time getting on board with are kitten heels. Yes, kitten heels are back from Lord knows where to give our calf muscles a break from 4 inch heels. Although they look way more comfortable to walk around in than high heels, they can look a little too dated.

However, after looking around the interwebs, I did stumble across some a few shoes with a kitten heel that didn’t make roll my eyes at the notion that these were coming back. Actually, I might buy a pair, to test them out. Keep reading to see the kitten heels I found that I would consider wearing.

The applique details and criss cross straps stole my heart and possibly some of my next paycheck. Also, these might work for upcoming holiday parties. Never too soon to prepare for those, by the way.

Let’s end these with some retro elegance and this satin kitten heel mule with an oversized bow. These would look so chic with an a-line midi skirt or even with some raw edge cropped skinny jeans and casual top.
