Happy Friday! It is Friday, right? This week was kind of a blur for me and a smidge emotional. Actually, it was emotional on Monday, because Aunt Flo was ending up her monthly visit. Also, as soon as I opened my eyes up on Monday morning, I decided to wake up and be in my feelings. I seriously spent the first half of Monday morning – while at work – feeling stressed and deep in thought. Luckily, those feelings and tears dried up by mid-day and I was back to normal.

Speaking of normal, the weather here in Memphis was not. A couple of mornings we woke up to temperatures in the 30s. WTF, Mother Nature?! I guess we should be glad that all we had were a couple of chilly days, because some parts of the country had snow. If it would have snowed, I probably would’ve drove to the nearest beach and gather my thoughts.

The weather today is supposed to be warm and cloudy with rain tomorrow. Therefore, I think it’s going to be the perfect weather for me to perch in my apartment and do some organizing. I’ve been in my new apartment for 2 months and I still have some things to do. However, the main thing that I need to do is organize my closet. My last place was 2-bedroom apartment with a large walk-in closet. My current closet is massively smaller walk-in closet and it’s been taking some time to get used to. However, once I organize it and make it more functional, I will learn to love it. Well, I hope so.
