Stained Couture’s weekly series, Link-End Round-Up, features interesting reads I read from around the internet this week.
Happy Friday! This week was kind of blah this week. I feel like my emotions have been all over the place; highs and lows. For instance, I got my nails done on Wednesday, which was a self-care high. One low included apartment searching in a time when apartment rates increase, because college students returning for instance. Now I see why mom use to hate moving. All in all, nothing majorly bad has happened to me personally. Mainly, just being an adult stuff is making me anxious and stressed.
My mind has been all over the place that I even started slacking in my nighttime routine. So, this week, I started back to my nightly routine, hydrating sheet mask, and even started dabbling in mediation again. It’s been helping tone down my anxiety a little. Not to mention, a soothing sheet mask after a long day is so appreciated.
I think I’m going to spend this weekend doing some deep cleaning and maybe even some light packing. Even though I probably won’t be moving for a couple of more months, it’s never too late to decide what I’m dragging with me.
Hope you all have a great weekend and let’s chat some more next week.
