LINK-END ROUND-UP: May 21, 2021
I can’t believe that it’s finally Friday and that I haven’t posted in a Link-End Round-Up in almost a month. I feel like when I think I’m about to get into a groove and start creating more content, life says “aht aht aht – not yet”. So, then my life feels chaotic and out of order. Well, I recently decided that it’s time to fix that, because it’s also making me feel a little anxious. My anxiety has been on my neck all week and it’s starting to effect my sleep. If you know me, then you know that I value my sleep. So, I need to work on that.
As for this weekend, I’m planning to drag my sister around to local yard sales and thrift stores. I’m really into trying to collect fun and unique pieces to decorate my apartment. I still can’t get over that I’m wanting a slight eclectic and colorful space, because I use to always go monochromatic contemporary. Think greys or tans with random wall art that you find in the back of Marshalls. I’m no longer that person and I’m all about looking for things on Facebook market and thrift stores. It’s fun to try to find a good pieces, but it’s also challenging – that’s why I’m enjoying it.
Although I plan to be outside this weekend, it won’t be for long because it’s going to be hot. So, I will have water, a good sunscreen, and sanitizer within reach at all times. We’re still in a pandemi, peeps. Here’s to a fun weekend and check out these reads from this week’s Link-End Round-Up.
