Yo, I’m feel so amazing this morning! I’ve been trying to exude and overflow with happiness. I truthfully believe that was you give out comes back. It’s karma! Actually, for the most part, I try to give off good vibes, even when I’m exhausted. Even if I don’t feel good, if I say I’m good, I feel a little better. Mind-tricking myself has become one of my latest hobbies.

This weekend, I plan to attend the Essence My City, 4 Ways event and I’m a little excited. I think I’m going to go by myself and just doing some people watching and absorb some Memphis culture. Should be fun.

Over the past week, I’ve been very perplexed with the upcoming holidays. My sister and I decided that we will not be attending any family Thanksgiving dinners. She has to work that evening and I don’t feel like being bothered with getting dressed and all that jazz. So, we decided that we would just make our own little Thanksgiving meal and spend the day lounging and eating in the comfort of our PJs…at home. However, we have been pondering doing a Friendsgiving dinner next weekend for our small group of mutual friends. The verdict is still out, though.

Well, as you can tell, I have a lot of things on my mind right now, including thinking of gifts for loved ones. Ugh, I’m not about to jump that rabbit hole right now, but I have been thinking about. Actually, I already have an idea of what I’m going to get everyone. I wish my brain would just chill for a while.
