Here is this week’s Link-End Round Up! I spent most of this week dealing with a major skin breakout. A MAJOR breakout, which included every type of acne and dry skin. I’m not sure of the cause of this breakout, but I have introduced new products to my skincare routine. Also, I’ve slowly been adding dairy and red meat back into my diet. So, the cause could be any of those or a combination of all this additions to my daily life. So, for the past few days, I’ve been going makeup-free and using a simple and natural skincare regimen. I’ve also given up all dairy and red meat. Once my skin clears back up, I will slowly try each thing individually to find which one is the culprit. I’m playing guinea pig with myself for myself. Fun!
It’s homecoming week for my alma mater, The University of Memphis. So, a couple of my old college friends are coming into town and we plan to have a couple of catch-up sessions. Not sure where, but the only prerequisite is for the places to have a nice wine list and cocktails. I haven’t seen them in years and I can’t wait to see them!
