LINK-END ROUND-UP: September 4, 2020
Happy Friday, folks! Also, it’s a 3-day weekend for most of us here in the US. Monday is Labor Day, FYI. I really don’t have in set plans this weekend except to rest my tired muscles. Recently, I decided to commit to doing more strength training, but too much. I did challenge and commit myself to do a something everyday. Sometimes I’ll do about 15 minutes in the morning and/or evening, but I do it everyday.
Since September is my birthday month, the main gift I wanted to give myself is to treat myself better. However, this is not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. I will say, for the most part, I have a good emotion and mental relationship with myself. Still, I need to be more mindful of the things and people that are in my life. So, that’s what I’m doing now.
Thankfully, I have an amazing, supportive, and small group of friends and family. So, I want to make sure I continue to tend and nurture those relationships. Doing great with those by the way.
I hope everyone has a great extended weekend. Also, I know it’s a holiday weekend and people like to gather. However, remember that we are still in the middle of a pandemic – keep your distance and wear your mask. Also, don’t forget your sanitizer and favorite SPF.
