LUST-HAVE LIST: August 2021

Happy August! I know I’m late to the party, but I needed to take a mental break from a lot things. This not only included social media, people, and places, but also the blog. Actually, I was planning on waiting until September (my b-day month) to make a grand re-entrance. However, I just felt like “why not now?” and that’s why I’m here. Plus, there are so many things I want to share with y’all, including the things I’ve been eyeing.

So, keep reading to see this month’s Lust-Have List. Better late than never. However, I must admit that it’s upsetting me and my inner homegirl that the last post I did was the Lust-Have List for July. I don’t like the way it looks, but I digress.

LUST-HAVE LIST: August 2021

• Mid-Century Green Peel and Stick Wallpaper – I’m ready to start making my dining area look like a dining space. Although I’m still looking for the perfect table and chairs. This graphic wallpaper will  make the small nook look defined and maybe bigger. Plus, it’s renter-friendly wallpaper, which is almost as functional and fabulous as dresses with pockets.
• Geo Print Peplum Top – I’m ready for fall, especially the fashion. This peplum top from the ELOQII for Walmart collection is the perfect transitional piece from Summer to Fall. Love this print so much?
• Ouidad Intense Curl Cream – During this little hiatus, I started going on daily walks – almost daily. It only took me 5 minutes into the first walk in the summer heat that walking in summer heat is only for my naturally curly hair. Since I’ve been solely wearing my hair curly for the past couple of months, I’ve been looking for a good hair cream for curly hair. This one from Ouidad seems like a winner. My curls have loved the other Ouidad products in the past.
• Faux Leather Wide Leg Pants – I haven’t owned a pair of leather pants since I was in junior or high school. Love these faux wide leg pair from Nordstrom and they’re size inclusive. However, I think I will size down in these to avoid to the too oversized look.
• Light Green Fax Snakeskin Purse – Look at this purse! Not too big and can work dressed up or down. A vibe.
