Around this time of year, I know I’m not the only one who feels like they are going in 30 million directions and don’t where to turn to next while juggling a list of things to do while not getting to have to have time to the things you actually want to do. Well, there are some things that I do that really help me keep up with my life and the hectic schedule associated and give me spare time to enjoy life. So, I decided to share three things that are my keep me calm and sane.
- Write things down – Either by hand or type it your phone, put it words and get into the habit of scratching things/task off when after you’ve completed it. Trust me, not only does it help you keep things in order, but you feel better and better as more things get scratched off.
- Schedule – There’s a time and place for everything, right?! Well, not really, but there are some things that show up on our agendas that you can be schedule instead of winging, such as grocery shopping.
- Allot time – There are some things or should I say places, that I give myself a certain amount of time to stay in for example, the mall on Black Friday. It helps me stay on track and also not go over budget. 😉
