Valentine Gifts 2011…Colorful Juicy Couture Bracelets

Some of my longtime readers might remember that I used to be semi-addicted to Juicy Couture charm bracelets and had a box full of charms to prove. However, over the years, I’ve gifted them to younger fashionistas who were still at the appropriate age to wear a colorful and chunky charms hanging off their wrist.

However, I will say that I do miss the big, chunky gold bracelet, which lead me to browse around Nordstroms.com to see if I would be tempted to buy another one after a few years of not having one. Well, I was completely thrown off track when I spotted these colorful versions of the classic Juicy Couture starter charm bracelets. Aside from the original gold and simple silver, they are now also available pink, lavender, multi-color, and blue, which is the one that I was instantly enamored by with its ice cold look. I love it!

I NEED RESTRAINT!

I was just browsing around Jennifer Elizabeth’s site to find a piece to include in my latest V-Day look on E-Stylist(Check It Out!) and while I was there I happened to stumble on her Fall 2010 collection and in particular, her safety restraint pieces.

There are three pieces that include a necklace and 2 cuffs that are each handcrafted and wrapped with antique brass, gunmetal, and silver chains that make up some pretty sick and dope jewelry pieces. I have a personally intense fancy for the Released Cuff. However, I wouldn’t mind having either of the pieces to call my own.

Lust-Have List: February 2011

I’m so over this PMSing weather here in Memphis. One day it’s cold, the next day it’s freezing, and a couple of days after that, I’m wearing sandals and a cropped denim jacket to dinner. Anyway, I’m over this weather and would like spring to pack up and come back into my life.

Valentine Gifts 2011…Rose Gold Jewelry

To give/receive jewelry is a safe and sometimes boring gift, but still MUCH appreciated. However, instead of the traditional yellow gold or silver, rose gold adds a bit more whimsical and romantic flair with its soft pink hue. OBSESSED:Crabtree & Evelyn Lip Butters

Last week, Crabtree & Evelyn sent me a box some products from their latest collection that I dish with you about in the very near future. However, also in that box (as seen on my Facebook and Twitter pages) was three tubes of their new Ultra-Moisturizing Lip Butters.

These lovely little tubes are filled with ingredients that practically ensure soft moisturized lips such as shea, cocoa, illipe, and kokum butter and mango butter.

The formula is a thick texture, but almost instantly melts when it touches your lips without a greasy and or sticky feel.

They are available in  Vanilla Creme Brulee (think: vanilla cupcake), Creme de Menthe (mint), and Citron Creme and Honey (awesome!). Although they are scented, the scent is soft and not overbearing, which I appreciate!

I love using them at night after I slightly exfoliate my lips by brushing them with a wet toothbrush and them apply lip butter afterward. That way, I wake up to soft and supple lips!
