A few days ago, the Sephora VIB sale started where Rouge members can get up to 20% off their order. Unfortunately, I’m not a Rouge member, but I am a VIB. So, I had to wait until yesterday to start filling up my cart to get 15% things I’ve been eyeing. Although I’m pretty confident that I won’t be getting all the items currently in there, but I feel like I need everything in there.
Before I trim the fabulous fat of luxe skincare, take a glance at what’s in there now.
The first thing at the top of my cart is the Laniege Cream Skin toner, which I’m definitely getting! It’s in my top 3 toners of all time and probably the best hydrating toner I’ve ever patted on my face. So, needless to say, this will be in the final cart. It’s a no-brainer for me, dawg.
Every now and then I get into buying collecting certain products – foundations, liquid liners, curl creams. Currently, I’ve been trying to build up a nice perfume collection, because when I smell good I feel good. I’ve been eyeing the YSL Libre perfume for a minute and heard good things about it. I’ve only sniffed it once and don’t remember what it smells like, but I remember I loved it. However, I do remember it smelled very warm and it more of a fall scent. I still think it would smell amazing all year.
Another scent that I do want and is probably perfect for Spring is Maison Margiela Under the Lemon Trees. Unlike, the YSL one, I’ve never smelled this scent, but I love anything lemon. I have a couple of scents from Margiela and they never let me down. So, I think I’m going to love this one, too.
One day while I was binging IG stories, Megan of PIPMegan.com was wearing this eye masks to help her plump and hydrate her under eyes. So, I had to inquire and she said that they were the Secure the Blur Hydrating Under Eye Patches from ONE/BEAUTY and they’ve been in my cart since then. Yep, I these will be in the final cart as well, because I need them ASAP.
Finally, I need to get some more Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Peel Wipes, because I haven’t used them in so long. I can honestly say that these wipes definitely helped transform skin and texture when I first started using them a few years ago. Initially, I started with the regular strength ones a couple of times a week and eventually started using them 3-4 times a week. After 6 or so months, I moved up to the Extra Strength version, because I sensed my skin was ready. I was right and my skin showed me. So, I think these are also going to make it in the final round, but I’m not sure which strength. I guess we’ll find out when my order hopefully arrives next week.
