Sisterhood Showcase Stash

Like I mentioned, this weekend I attended the Sisterhood Showcase here in Memphis, which is an expo/shopping event that features various vendors. I went both days, but here are the things that I bought or samples I received on the first day.

The Ultimate Organics EVOO Body Moisturizer is amazing. I never heard of it, but I need to buy some.

The Ampro team had a nice amount of samples that included Neutra Foam Shampoo and Conditioner that is used for relaxers. So, that will be staying in the back of my beauty closet for a long time since I’m relaxer free for 5+ years. They also gave a sample of two of their gels that I might use on my curly hair days. However, the one thing that I love and plan to get it is Ampro’s Mango Marmalade hair serum. I used it last night to flat iron my hair and its light and didn’t weigh my hair down. Plus, my hair is shiny and smells pretty awesome, too!

Raw Shea Butter. You need this in your home, because its a great moisturizer for your hair, skin and nails. Also, it’s great at soothing burns, smoothing stretch marks, and so much more. I use it on my ends right after I shampoo and condition my hair. I love it! Google the benefits of shea butter if you don’t already know.

One of the first vendors my brother’s GF and I  went to was for a company called Alikat Cuture located here in Memphis. We each saw a gaggle of things we wanted, but decided to come back after we saw what the other vendors had to offer. So, we went back and I bought a cute wallet with girly graphics of women shopping, a couple of bracelets, a turtle toe ring that looks so cute, and a wood ring with a stone in the center. My brother’s GF bought me the peacock earrings, because can you believe that I don’t own a pair. Now I do! Also, for spending a certain amount, they gave us a each a pair of big rectangular earrings. Mine says “Fashion Strikes Back”. The credit card machine started to mess up, so the bro’s GF had to go to the ATM to get some cash. Since we were patient, they gave us each another pair of earrings. Nice.

Please ignore the janky nails. 😉

These were just too good not to talk about. They are german roasted pecans and I swear every bite tastes like a bite of pecan pie. OMG, these things were amazing!

Also, like I mentioned above, I did go on the second day and bought 2 things in particular, but one of those will be a review and the other just a plan post.
