As I sit here, I’m in dire need to go on a nice and long walk to work off some of this 3-day Memorial Day weekend food that still feels like its lingering around. So, it has made me realize that I need more things to get back into my little exercise regimen….that Ive been meaning to get into. Eh.
So, if you are going to get down and get sweaty, you might as well look cute while doing so and here are few cute pieces to add to your workout ‘fits.
Nike Roshe Run sneakers are probably one of the most comfortable and amazing sneakers you NEED to own. Seriously, you need to have at least 1-30 pairs of this smooth shoe, in my opinions. Unfortanately, I only have a couple of pairs, but definitely not by choice.
Now that spring is here and summer is probably going to creep up any minute now, I going to start taking in this lovely warm weather and what better way than a pair of new Roshe, preferably from the “Sunset and Palm Trees” pack. Nike released the “Sunset” color way, which is a yellow/orange gradient print and the “Palm Trees” print, which is a clean and chic white with black palm trees print. The Roshe Run has established itself as a fan fave with it’s unique yet minimal silhouette and canvas of colors and prints.
They are currently available at select online retailers, such as http://www.titolo.ch/, but will probably begin to pop up at more retailers and stores as summer approaches.

Last year, Nike and Givenchy creative director, Ricardo Tisci announced they would collaborate on a collection that would combine Tisci designs to staple Nike shoes. Last week, some images of a couple of select styles were leaked. However, via his Instagram, Tisci released a photo featuring all the shoes in the collection.
The collection features Air Force 1s, high and low, with the same african-inspired designs that were also featured in Givenchy’s S/S 2014 collection. Prices and dates haven’t been fully disclosed, yet, but should be following soon.
Nike is about to release the perfect show for you runners who find yourself running at night and you cult Air Max fans.
Inspired by the necessity to be seen during night runs, the Nike Reflect Collection’s reflective elements allow muted all-black silhouettes to come to life when met with light for a bold statement. The Collection includes the Nike Air Max 1, Air Max 90, Air Max 95, and Air Max Thea. The reflective taping and under-mesh accents of the Reflect Collection can flip from subdued to radiant at the flick of a switch, making it possible to stand out at any hour, in any light.
The Nike Reflect Collection will be available at Nike.com and your local Nike Sportswear retailer beginning Nov. 1.
