EMPTIES: February 2024

Not only was the month of February was short, but so were the number of product I used up. Keep reading to see my final thoughts on the products I used up last month.

The first product I used up was Clinique’s Moisture Surge. I’ve mentioned before how Clinique will always have special place in my heart. Clinique was the first department store brand makeup and skincare I was introduced to in high school. Therefore, I never doubt that that I will ever not love their products. I think this was the first time I used the Clinique Moisture Surge which is a gel moisturizer that replenishes dry skin.

Clinique states that this gel hydrator auto-replenishes the skin for up to 100 hours. Of course, I didn’t test this claim – lol – but my skin never felt dry when I was wearing. This says a lot, because this was during some really cold winter weather. Needless to say, I get why this a best seller at Clinique. So good.

Honestly, E.L.F has become one of my favorite drugstore makeup and skincare brands over the past few years. Actually, E.L.F Power Grip is my go-to face primer, because the tackiness grips my makeup in place all day. However, I really loved this ELF hydrating primer, because it wasn’t too tacky and still kept my makeup in tact. All of the E.L.F primers I’ve used have been pretty good and this one was no different.

Finally, another bottle of OUAI Melrose Place perfume has left my life. This scent has become one of signature scents to layer with other scents. Although it pairs great with my preferred clean and light scents, it smells so good on it’s own.

In the end, I loved all of these products and will definitely buy again.
