Since it has been cold, I’ve been living in oversize graphic sweatshirts. The comfier, the better. At this point, I have so many that I 3 I could wear for each day of the week. On chilly day, I opted for a oversized sweatshirt instead of a hoodie. For me, hoodies seem a little too casual. Whereas, with the right sweatshirt, you can style to fit any vibe you want.
Although I have more than enough graphic sweatshirts, I might be able to squeeze in a few more. Here are the current ones that I’m crushing on. 🙂
This past weekend, I slowly started to get my mind into preparing for the upcoming holiday season. However, Free People just released their November 2016 collection is shifting me into full on glam holiday mode.
This month’s editorial is broken into 4 moods: Blushed, Smitten, Cozy, and Glowing With FP Me. Each mood features holiday-ready styles and spirit. Keep reading to see the entire editorial.
Let’s chat about pleated midi skirts for a minute to day, because they are probably the one thing that your closet is missing (mine, too). They are flirty due to the desire to twirl in them all day, but sophisticated thanks to the below the knee and timeless silhouette. However, I’m obsessed with the look of metallic pleated midi skirts. Metallic pleated midi skirts add an unexpected vibe to your wardrobe. Plus, they would make a great alternative to your favorite LBD during any upcoming holiday gatherings or parties. Just putting it out there.
In the meantime, get into these metallic pleated midi skirts.
Technically, it’s not quite yet fall and it won’t be fall until late next month. Seems like forever, at this point of the game. However, not that most schools are in session or about to be in session and the days are starting to feel shorter, it’s beginning to feel more “fall-sy” everyday. Therefore, it’s a perfect time to start pinpointing the things you need in your fall wardrobe. Since I’m all about the ease of transitioning from one season to another, I know the easiest place to start is with finding the dresses you need for fall.
Like a good friend, I’ve found you some options!
It’s so hot and humid these past couple of weeks that I’ve been mostly tossing on light dresses, because they combine ease, comfort, and togetherness in one piece of clothing. However, another item that I’ve been gravitating towards are lightweight colorful printed shorts. As a lifelong member of #TeamThickThighs, me and shorts haven’t always been the best of friends. Yet, this heat has made me give another shot at wearing shorts.
I’ve been loving the array of lightweight printed shorts that I’ve been seeing everywhere. They are comfortable, cool, and casual. When styled properly, they can be dressed up with a lightweight blouse and strappy sandals or dressed down with sneakers and a tank. Remember, options are a girl’s true best friend.
Check out the following printed shorts for some options to add to your summer wardrobe.
