You might remember me buying this Island Mimosa Tatau Mist in my first Shopping Chronicles post last month and every since then I’ve been addicted to this stuff. It smells like laying on the beach of a tropical island with a cup full of that “fun stuff” and accessorized with a little umbrella. Okay, I’m not sure what that smells like, but I imagine it would smell like this mist.
The next thing that I’ve been wearing practically everyday are this Tarina Tarantino Crystal Flower Earrings in Tanzanite-Amythyst. I’ve been wearing these with casual and dressy looks. They are about the size of a nickel and make my whole face sparkle! lol! Anybody remember that from SNL ?
I love this dress. Unfortunately, Old Navy Plus Size is uber big in size and this dress was not offered in the regular size. So, when I got this drop waist jersey dress a month ago, it needed MAJOR tailoring. Now its been hemmed and it’s my new weekend dress. Paired with black leggings, it made my look this past weekend casual and chic! I can’t wait to wear it with a big brown belt!
The next thing that I’ve been using and swooning over might sound a bit controversial to some, but it has been really amazing for me. It’s Black Opal Daily Fade Cleanser and its a soap free cleanser that exfoliates the skin while evening out skin tone and brightening skin. I bought it in hopes that it would lighten the acne scars on my skin and the slight discoloration on my cheeks and it has! Since its soap free, it doesn’t lather and has the consistency of a lotion with micro beads and the citrus smell is an added bonus. Major plus, for me, it doesn’t dry my skin out.
Last month, I re-newed my Allure magazine subscription and in return sent me this free pink boyfriend watch. Its nothing fancy, except that its uber large and I love it and Allure magazine.
I bought this Island Nectar sanitizer that same time I bought the Island Mimosa. It was an impulse buy and the citrus-y scent made me throw in my bag. I use it everyday, but not for sanitizer purpose. I use it mostly, because it smell divine! Bath & Body Work still don’t offer the scent in a lotion form, but I’m still waiting! *fingers crossed*
Last, but definitely not least, the Viva Glam Gaga lipstick is completing my life. It’s soft baby pink that looks a like a soft natural pink on me. It took me almost 2 weeks to finally get it in my hands, but it was so worth the wait. Its a staple in my make-up bag.
