Current Daily Supplements and Why

Here are my Current Daily Supplements and why I take each one.

Part of my morning routine is taking my daily supplements and vitamins. This is one of the few good things that I’m consistent about and it’s my thing. However, please remember to consult with your doctor about what supplements and vitamins that you should be taking. I work in the beauty industry – not in the medical field anymore. Still, I did learn most of this information from medical doctors, professionals, and licensed medical dieticians.

The first thing I do before I get out of bed in the morning is take my pre + probiotic. You are suppose to take them before you eat. So, keeping them by my bed prevents me from eating before taking them, which has happened plenty of times. I’m still using the Rae Wellness Pre + Probiotics and this is probably my third or fourth bottle.  I just used a bottle up last month and don’t see myself venturing another brand anytime soon.

The other Rae Wellness supplement I’ve been using is their Restore supplement. These supplements help with PMS, including mood and bloating. Outside of helping to minimize the symptoms of PMS, it has (to me) helped keep my cycle regular. Actually, most of the reviews for these supplements say that these helped regulate their cycle, too. If you have irregular cycles and/or PCOS, you should give these a try.

Another supplement I use for my reproductive system is a DIM 200mg supplement, which helps with estrogen metabolism support. These supplements also help with PMS, but also hormonal balance and aid in acne and weightless.  I usually use another brand on Amazon and this is my first time trying these. They’re good, but I think I’m going to go back to the other brand.

During the summer of 2020, physicians were recommend products and supplements to take to help boost your immune system. Of course, Vitamin C was the top recommendation, but B Complex was as well. I bought this bottle of Super B complex with Vitamin C from Target and they are just fine and this bottle has been holding me down for over a year now.

Finally, I recently started taking Magnesium Taurate supplements for my cardiovascular system, but mainly blood pressure. High blood pressure runs in my family and has become a huge concern for me lately. So, a doctor recommended to take these to help control it before needing to get prescribed something. So far, so good, but we’ll see what my doctor says at my physical…which I need to schedule. :/
