Although June has the official start of summer, I can’t seem to leave some spring colors behind. However, there are some summer staples that I want to try this month. So, keep reading to see the list of things I’m lusting for in June!
A. Michael Kors Very Hollywood, $45-85, Sephora – I so want to get this perfume. I got a sample a couple of months ago and became addicted, but haven’t had the chance to go buy a bottle. It’s a soft and clean floral,but luxe scent that makes you want to sit with your wrist under your nose most of the day. LOL
B. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliners in Ransom, Electric, and Covet, $17 each, Sephora – When it comes to eyeshadow, I’m a nudist. All the blended colorful looks are nice to look at on YouTube, but are not that functional for my life. However, I’ve been tempted to try colorful eyeliners. I recently bought a cheap bright purple eyeliner at the beauty supply store and now I want to try a nice turquoise and bright green, like these from Urban Decay. Colorful eyeliners add a nice pop of summertime color if you aren’t into the multicolored looks in makeup.
C. Juicy Couture ‘Modern Nostalgia’ Beaded Bib Necklace, $148, Nordstrom – I was a little late to the bib necklace party, but now that I’m here I don’t want to leave. This bib necklace just wants to be hanging from my neck about as much as I want it to! Plus, it has coral, bronze, and gold beads on a navy ribbon! D. Goldstar Bracelet, $50, Jennifer Elizabeth – A chunky gold chain bracelet! It’s so needed for the summer! I’ve been wearing my Jennifer Elizabeth serpent earrings practically everyday the past couple of weeks. So, I kinda feel like this bracelet needs to join them. Plus, at $50, that’s a steal in my eyes and on my wrist!
E. Trouve ‘Janey’ Sandal, $109.95, Nordstrom – I need a nice black casual sandal for summer that are versatile to wear with skirt, shorts, capris and pants. Therefore, these sandals are right up my alley. Also, they have a triangular heel, which I’m currently loving on sandals.
F. Giani Bernini Ring Crossbody, $85, Macy’s – In the spring and summer, I tend to grab a clutch when I need to run an errand or go somewhere that I don’t want to be lugging around a ridiculous large and overstuffed bag. However, I kind of want a crossbody to switch up from clutches. Its weird for me to write this considering that in the past, I’ve found myself having a nasty distaste for them. Still, I want one and this bright white one by Giani Bernini looks perfect for summer!
