TIPSY THURSDAY: Rancho La Gloria Margarita

I jokingly say that my love language is margaritas, but it’s kind of true. 🙂 Therefore, if there is a chance that I can have a margarita, I’ll take it. Keep reading to see what’s been my go-to fix for a quick after work ready to drink margarita.

While picking up a fresh bottle of tequila to add to my budding bar cart, I decided to pick up this bottle of Rancho La Gloria Margarita, I must be honest, I first picked this up because I thought it was just a margarita mix. I didn’t find out that it’s not until I was reading the bottle after making a margarita with this “mix”. However, the Muertos de Dias sugar skull on the front made me ultimately. I just started to slowly collect things with sugar skulls, including that glass my sister got me for my birthday.

Like I mentioned, this isn’t a margarita mix, but more of a wine cocktail. It’s a ready to drink cocktail  made with 100% agave – 13.9% alcohol/volume. So, it can definitely give you a little kick. Personally, I love a good ready to drink cocktail and this one does not disappoint. After long day, I pour some over ice and sip it while scrolling TikTok or cooking dinner.

However, if you want more of a punch instead of a kick, you add a splash of your favorite tequila. Now, if you would like a margarita that’s light with the calories, combine this with a sparkling seltzer. It will be refreshing and with no guilt or hangover.

I believe this bottle was brought out for Halloween, hence the limited edition banner. However, you can’t find this bottle, Rancho La Gloria has plenty of other flavors in their regular bottles, including mango and strawberry. You can find Rancho La Gloria in most liquor retailers and some Aldi and Walmart stores.
