I recently ran out of my tarte Amazonian clay foundation, which I loved. What I loved about the foundation is that the coverage was so legit that I could use it all over my face for those problematic times my skin would have or use it as concealers when I just needed something to cover up my hyperpigmentaion on my cheeks. Over the years, I’ve only used a couple of products from tarte. Tarte products are more on the natural side since they are cruelty-free, vegan and aren’t formulated with parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, or gluten. I love finding make-up products and lines that are more natural in the beauty market. Therefore, I decided that I want to look into what products to try from tarte.

REVIEW: Exuviance Coverblend Treatment Makeup

I recently realized that I need to up my foundation game….again. However, this time I wanted a foundation to meet three needs. I knew I needed a foundation that was full coverage, contained SPF, and had anti-aging benefits. Therefore, I picked up Exuviance CoverBlend Concealing Treatment MakeUp. This foundation claimed to meet all three needs and then some. So, after trying it for a couple of weeks, I feel like I’ve gained enough insight to share my opinion.

REVIEW: Benefit Goof Proof Eyebrow Pencil

A couple of month’s ago, Benefit released a whole collection of brow products. This collection includes everything from gels, powders, and and even a brow conditioner. However, since there were so many products, I was instantly overwhelmed by the amount of products and never researched any further… until this past weekend.

This weekend, I dropped by Ulta to scope out a new foundation (more on that in a future post) and was naturally drawn to pretty pink and full of bustle Benefit cosmetics section. Over the past few months, I’ve really created a strong crush on Benefit products. They make one of my favorite bronzers EVER, the Hoola Bronzer and their Pore No More primer is pretty legit, too. Therefore, I decided to go take a casual stroll through their retro pink colored area and that’s when I ran into their new Brow collection. It was great!

The easy to read display that showed off the goods made me realize that there was a product for every eyebrow need. So, depending on the problems you face with your eyebrows, there was a product designed to help you out. For me, my eyebrows can (and do) grow like tumbleweeds, but they do have some sparse areas. Therefore, the goof proof eyebrow pencil was the product for me.

How To Use Vitamin E Oil for Your Skin

When it comes to skincare, vitamins play a big role creating and maintain clear complexion. One vitamin that I’ve been gravitating towards over the past year is Vitamin E. Vitamin E is great for your hair and nails, but I’ve been using it mostly for my skin. Like most vitamins, Vitamin E has many benefits, but shouldn’t be overused and used in moderation. However, when routinely used, Vitamin E oil can help brighten and soften your skin.

My go-to vitamin e oil for my face is Jason Natural Vitamin E oil, which is available at most retailers that sell natural oils and products. For my body and drier parts of my body, such as my elbows and feet, I’ve been using Nature’s Gate Vitamin E oil. This oil has other hydrating oils infused in it, which has been making it a dry skin staple in my life.

Like I mentioned, there are some things to keep in mind when adding vitamin e oil into your beauty and skincare regimen. Therefore, here are a few quick tips to follow when using vitamin e oil.
