Happy Friday, loves! This may be a very quick post, because I today is a hectic day. By the time you’re ready this, I will be in the middle of a move and feeling overwhelmed.  My company is moving locations, which is exciting. However, the actual moving part is kind of stressful, but at least we have movers doing the brunt. I’m mostly stressed about making sure everything arrives over to the new space the same way it left the old space.

Since I’m not a fan of change, I’m a little in my feels. We moved to this space a month after I started, which was over 4 year ago. Back then, I was the customer support manager and now I’m the operations manager. They are not lying when they say a lot can happen in short time.

Although I’m going to be a little sad about leaving this place, but the new office is right across the street. LOL! I have a huge office space, bu I probably won’t do anything except hang my diplomas and a couple of plants. We’re going to be in walking distance of many more resturaunts and a grocery store with a Starbucks. Speaking of walking, I will be a quick 5 minute walk to work, which means that I need to start looking for a new pair of walking shoes. I should’ve asked for a pair for my birthday. 🙁

Let me go ahead and wrap this post up, because I need to make sure I have everything packed up before the movers get here. However, please enjoy the articles in this week’s Link-End Round-Up.

Happy Friday and the first Friday of Spring 2023! I feel like Spring really didn’t show up until it was Spring and that silly groundhog was right. They really may be in cahoots together, but as the weather showed. It’s a cloudy, gloomy day here in Memphis, but I did mention that the spring weather is really supposed to show up this weekend. Unfortunately, the allergies have already started to show up. The weather is warm and the allergens are in the air.

My concept of time and days are still all over the place. The weekends feel longer, which makes Mondays insane. Not to mention, it will feel like Friday when it’s on Tuesday. Also, I’ve been feeling more tired than usual. However, I think that may be due to lack of  Vitamin D. So, I’m going to pick up a bottle of supplements this weekend to see if that improves my energy. If not, I will go ahead and schedule an annual to see what could be going on. Unfortunately, I waited too late to get an appointment last year. I’m planning to do better with all my annuals this year.

It’s still March Madness on the TV in my home this weekend, but this is the last weekend of multiple games that take up my days. Even though my team didn’t make it out the first weekend, the games have been amazing. So, I am a little sad it’s ending soon, but that just means I have more time to be outside. lol

I hope you all have a great weekend and check out the reads in this week’s Link-End Round-Up.

Today is Friday even though I thought yesterday was Friday. Obviously, it’s been a week for me, but a good one none the less. Hopefully, you week treated you well and kind. I’m going to be a little transparent with you by saying that most of the reads almost got pushed to next week. However, one of things I’ve been trying to work on being deligent and sticking to a routine. So, I decide to go ahead and stick to it and post it today.

I will say that I probably could stick to a routine if this weather would. The weather here in Memphis has been all over the place the past couple of weeks. We’ll get a few days of warm and spring like weather followed by 5 days of cold, rainy days. Unfortunately, we currently dealing with the latter and I’m starting to feel the withdrawl of Vitamin D, which is affecting my mood. However, this is causing me to start doing things I enjoy.

For instance, I had a long lunch on a work day with my best friend at ramen place 5 minutes from me that I’ve never tried. Although neither of us got ramen (ha!), the rice dish we each got was so good. Not only was it good, but it was a lot of food and I ate off of it for 2 days. Still, I enjoyed that hour plus lunch with one of my favorite people while being able to take time away from work.

Despite the weather, spring is almost here and I’m starting to think about spring cleaning. I don’t have much to throw out since I tend to purge a couple of times a year. However, my kitchen stove needs a deep clean and it will be at the top of my list. I’ve been putting if off for too long and I’m planning to look for videos and suggestions on how to get this done. While I’m reading about cleaning grimey stoves this weekend, check out this week’s Link-End Round-Up. Dont’ worry, not a gross read in the bunch. 🙂
